Uniontown Baptist Church began in 1842, with its first official worship building completed in 1844. For more than 180 years, this church family has faithfully proclaimed the Good News of Jesus in this community through seasons of joy and moments of challenge alike.

In 2021, after a season when it seemed all hope had faded, God began to breathe new life into His church at UBC. He brought together a few faithful members with a recently formed house‑church just down the street, forming a new family with a shared desire to see Christ’s name lifted high in this community. In His kindness, God made it clear that He intended to preserve this Gospel witness and write a new chapter in UBC’s story.
We’ve been walking that path ever since—following His lead, growing in unity, and learning to trust Him step by step. In 2024, we partnered with the Send Network of the SBC to strengthen this replanting work and continue the mission God has entrusted to us.
